Accounts & Security
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up from the header, enter your name, email, strong password, and accept Terms & Privacy. You’ll be logged in and can access your dashboard.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page. We’ll email you a reset link. Check spam if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We follow standard WordPress security practices, encrypt login traffic (HTTPS), and comply with our Privacy Policy.
Listings & Services
How do I add a new listing?
Go to Add a Listing (login required), choose service type (e.g., Electrician, Taxi), fill details, and submit. Your listing appears after admin approval.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. Open Dashboard → My Listings, choose the listing and update info, photos, menu/products, or prices.
How do customers contact me?
Via the listing page buttons (e.g., Book / Enquire / WhatsApp). Messages can go directly to your WhatsApp if enabled.
Jobs & Education
Where do I find job alerts?
See the Jobs section for Government & Private job posts, admit cards, results, and answer keys.
How does job placement work?
Recruiters post openings. Candidates can apply or share resumes from their profile. Recruiters may contact candidates via email/WhatsApp.
Do you offer study material?
Yes, the Education Zone includes notes, assignments, and live classes posted by verified educators or institutions.
Ads, Plans & Policies
Do you charge for basic use?
Core features are free. Premium boosts or sponsored placements (if available) are optional and reviewed for policy compliance.
Are ads shown on the site?
We may display compliant ads via Google AdSense. We avoid intrusive formats and follow Privacy & Terms.
